Trial of D60EO Hydrosmart, for issues with organic compounds (Algae) in water.
A 30 Percent improvement in COD in a 10 day period, after applying Hydrosmart to a recirculating wastewater pipe-work.
Chemical oxygen demand (COD)
In environmental chemistry, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) test is commonly used to indirectly measure the amount of organic compounds (Algae) in water. Most applications of COD determine the amount of organic pollutants found in wastewater, making COD a useful measure of water quality. It is expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/L or PPM), which indicates the mass of oxygen consumed per liter of solution.
Results of the Hydrosmart Trial.
Factory for the period of 1 week.
The results are:
1) Improve clarity (as seen in below image)
2) Reduced organic compounds
3) Improve COD & pH
